SIM2eSIM

Terms of Service

Effective 3 November 2026 · Equality Software Ltd ("we", "us")

These terms apply when you use the SIM2eSIM app, desktop apps or website ("SIM2eSIM"). By using SIM2eSIM you agree to them. Contact: khaled.a@softwareequality.com.

1. What SIM2eSIM does

SIM2eSIM helps you move your existing mobile number from a physical SIM to an eSIM on a compatible phone. With your approval it contacts your mobile operator (or its authorised eSIM partner) where an integration exists, or guides you through your operator's own steps where it does not. Your operator decides whether to issue an eSIM; we cannot guarantee that it will, how long it takes, or what it charges.

2. Who can use it

You must be 18 or over and the account holder, or authorised by the account holder, of the mobile subscription you convert.

3. Your approval and your physical SIM

Nothing is sent to your operator until you press Approve & Convert. Keep your physical SIM in your phone until SIM2eSIM confirms your eSIM works - some operators deactivate the physical SIM when the eSIM activates.

4. Fees, subscriptions and ads

Any conversion fee or subscription price is shown before you approve. Payments are taken by Google Play or Stripe. If a paid conversion fails, the fee is refunded automatically - see the Refund Policy. Your operator may charge its own fees, which are between you and your operator. The free version shows ads.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use SIM2eSIM to take over a number that is not yours, to defraud an operator, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend use that we reasonably believe is fraudulent or unlawful.

6. Guidance and AI

Steps, drafts and answers from the SIM2eSIM assistant are guidance based on the information available to us; they are not your operator's official policy. Automated agents run the workflow, but only your operator's confirmed responses decide whether a conversion succeeds.

7. Liability

We provide SIM2eSIM with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for your operator's decisions, network outages, or losses caused by not following the instructions above. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Privacy

How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and ending

You can stop using SIM2eSIM and delete your account at any time. We may update these terms; material changes are notified in the app before they apply.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or EU you keep the protection of your local consumer law.
