Delete your SIM2eSIM account and data

In the app (fastest)

1. Open SIM2eSIM and go to History.
2. Tap Delete my data and confirm.

Your account is closed straight away. Tap Download my data first if you want a copy.

By email

Email khaled.a@softwareequality.com from the address you gave us (or include your mobile number) with the subject "Delete my SIM2eSIM data". We confirm within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your mobile number, email address, SIM and device details, activation codes and sign-in links - deleted immediately.
• Your conversion history is anonymised: the tamper-evident audit trail keeps only non-personal records so past conversions cannot be altered.

What we keep, and for how long

• Payment records (amount, date, reference - no card details) for up to 6 years, because UK tax law requires it.
• Anonymised audit records with no personal data for up to 24 months.
